国骅-龙观项目示范区，瞿工和易旭合作完成，易旭先做基本形体，瞿工钢笔勾线，马克笔上色。在概念设计阶段，用手绘表达我们的设计理念，既考验我们的美术基础功底，又能快速表达设计。手绘表达需要以素描为基础，深厚的线条表现能力；更要娴熟的马克笔表现能力。在今天3D软件非常强大的时代，手绘这门手艺几乎都快丢失了，手绘是基本功展示的重要表现。在项目中很少应用了，有些专业的甲方会要求设计单位表现手绘，可以很好的验证设计单位的设计实力。
