美洲大厦由嘉信置业_巴西华侨投资建设，业主对房产只是小试牛刀，在南部商务区拿了一块地建个企业总部。建筑设计单位把建筑设计的很纯粹，外立面有点调性，标准层放行也不错。我们在接手这个项目以后，非常重视，我们也在读懂这个建筑下了很大的功夫。设计室内立面的时候，我们尽量做到延续建筑，而不是破坏建筑。
The American tower was built by Charles schwab, a firm backed by Brazilian overseas Chinese. The architectural design unit designed the building very pure, the facade is a little tonality, standard level clearance is also good. After we took over this project, we attached great importance to it and made great efforts to understand this building. When designing the interior facade, we tried to continue the building rather than destroy it.

大堂空间建设单位舍得投入，做的空间很大，这样商业价值大打折扣，但是建筑和室内就更加纯粹。大堂挑高空间层高有11米多，接近普通建筑三层，空间很美。
The lobby space construction unit is willing to invest and make a large space, which greatly reduces the commercial value, but the architecture and interior are purer. The height of the lobby is more than 11 meters high, close to the three floors of ordinary buildings, and the space is very beautiful.
