洞桥邻里中心是由鄞州政府下属单位开发的商业地产项目，目标打造洞桥镇的商业中心，让洞桥邻里中心成为洞桥休闲购物好去处，也成为洞桥人的便民中心。由于洞桥人口组成主要是中老年人，所以设计的时候需要考虑迎合中老年的喜好、怀旧因素。但是年轻人又是消费的主要推动力，所以时尚现代，风情就是设计的重点。
Dongqiao neighborhood center is a commercial real estate project developed by yinzhou government. It aims to be the commercial center of dongqiao town, making dongqiao neighborhood center a good place for leisure and convenience of dongqiao people. As the population of dongqiao is mainly middle-aged and elderly people, so the design needs to consider to cater to the preferences of middle-aged and elderly people, nostalgic factors. But young people are the main driving force of consumption, so fashion is modern, style is the focus of design.
