优品-惠风邻里中心是由鄞州商贸局开发，由宁波攸品邻里商业管理股份有限公司运营管理。

Youpin - huifeng neighborhood center is developed by yinzhou business bureau and operated by ningbo youpin neighborhood business management co., LTD.

项目处在鄞州中心区钟公庙街道，南临南部商务区、鄞州公园，东临鄞州行政中心、博物馆，1000米半径内都是社区。钟公庙地名由来，宋宁宗年间，县令钟廉为乡民建造碶闸，百姓在碶旁建庙以示纪念，名钟廉庙。后庙废择址重建，改名钟公庙，镇庙得名。

The project is located in zhonggongmiao street, central district of yinzhou, south of yinzhou business district and yinzhou park, east of yinzhou administrative center and museum, with communities within a radius of 1000 meters. In the reign of emperor ningzong of song, zhong lian, the county magistrate, built the qi lock for villagers, and the people built the temple next to qi to commemorate the passage. After the temple abandoned site reconstruction, renamed zhong gong temple, town temple named.

钟廉因水利工程造福当地老百姓，老百姓因水利工程生产生活方便，因水利工程大大提高了当时处在农耕社会的老百姓生产力，让老百姓得到实惠。钟廉的壮举，和今天的宁波攸品邻里商业管理股份有限公司的经营理念“便民、利民、惠民”的经营理念不谋而合。所以设计团队提出优品-惠风邻里中心的装修设计将以“水”为设计主题，为业主打造“水”系列邻里中心。

Due to the water conservancy project, zhonglian benefited the local people, and the water conservancy project greatly improved the productivity of the people in the farming society at that time. Therefore, the design team proposed that the decoration design of youpin -- huifeng neighborhood center would take "water" as the design theme and create a series of "water" neighborhood centers for the owners.
