    卡座：类似西式的咖啡座。每个卡座设一张小型长方桌，两边各设长形高背椅，以椅背作为座与座之间的间隔。每一卡座可坐车人，两两相对，品茶聊天。墙面以壁灯、壁挂等作为装饰。 

    （4）房座：用多种材料将较大的窨隔成一间间较小的房间，房内只设1~2套桌椅，四壁装饰精美，又相对封闭，可供洽谈生意或亲友相聚。一般需预先定座，由专职的服务人员帮助布置和服务，房门可悬挂提示牌，以免他人打扰。 

    茶水房：应分隔为内外两间，外间为供应间，墙上开一大窗，面对茶室，置放茶叶柜、消毒柜、冰箱等。里间安装煮水器（如小型锅炉、电热开水箱。电茶壶）、热水瓶柜、水槽、自来水龙头、净水器、贮水缸、洗涤工作台、晾具架及晾具盘。
