这个房子的业主是政府领导，而且不是一般领导，东方湾邸的双拼别墅。所以业主提出做中等美式风格装修设计，既低调又大气，品位也很高，费用投入也在可承受范围。这个别墅我们首先将中庭改造成了楼梯，一下将房子结构改造的十分大气。

从浅棕到草绿，空间主要以木质与布艺相结合的暖色调为主，温暖的色调延伸至天花板，使得空间稳重且充满品味，草绿色的布艺点缀，让室内环境增添了更多优雅的元素，适当的雕刻艺术让空间造型构架并不繁复，却更显空间设计的舒适性。木格移门将厨房与餐厅作出区隔，独具匠心的镜面设计在视觉上增大了餐厅的空间感，作为主色调的棕色系沿用至餐厅内，窗外阳光透过精心设计的窗户，直射进入餐厅，温暖清新，设计师将装饰的实用性与色调的温暖性有机结合，呈现出一片和谐。业主做事情和仔细经常打电话、发微信和我们交流设计问题，复杂点的问题业主还亲自来公司当面沟通，基本上按照设计图纸施工，不轻易调整设计。叫我们确认颜色，确认材质，做得更很仔细，设计还原度比较高。最后软装方案也由我们确认后才实施。
