比华利 2010 / Wayee Interior Design

比华利别墅坐落在美丽的东钱湖，与2005销售，吸引了宁波当时的大富豪，交5万元以后才可以进去看房，销售很成功。但是比华利一期的别墅到今天好像价格没有怎么长过，能够把利息钱摊平就不错了。2010年我们设计了这个项目，设计费40万元，也是开创了宁波高端别墅室内装修设计费的先河。比华利的建筑设计是美国的大工匠风格，所以我们在做室内装修设计引导客户选择了和建筑设计一脉相承的大美式风格。业主也很能接受，很喜欢，觉得文化底蕴很重。可以试想在这样的环境里面配上美国乡村音乐，抽上雪茄，此生何求？
