湘西别墅设计是我们接的从建筑到室内装修设计的全案项目。业主有点土豪，了解我们是做别墅设计的之后，他和我们联系了。一了解之后才发现他是先要搞建筑设计，然后装修。我直接建议他做好建筑设计再找我，可是他说既然相信我，建筑设计也要我们搞。这个让我有点为难。先做了一个平面方案，看过我们的设计之后，他没有马上定，说他要从湘西来宁波。几个星期以后他来了，当面详细了解过了，签订了合同，但是建筑结构由当地的设计院做。目前项目已经进展到土建，等土建差不多我们再展开室内设计。
Xiangxi villa design is our whole project from architecture to interior decoration design. The owner is a bit rich, after understanding that we do villa design, he contacted us. He first made a plane plan. After reading our design, he didn't decide immediately, saying that he would come to ningbo from xiangxi. He came in a few weeks later, got the details in person, signed the contract, but the structure was done by the local design institute. At present, the project has progressed to civil engineering. We will start the interior design after the civil engineering is almost complete.
