九唐73号别墅设计，业主为一个公务人员，接近退休年龄，打算用这个别墅养老，女主人是金融体系的负责人。加上年轻一代，全家都喜欢简约的设计，综合各方面的因素，业主最后还是选择做新中式设计风格，但是尽量偏简约，而且考虑控制成本。
The design of no.73 villa of jiu tang dynasty, the owner is a civil servant, approaching retirement age, and intends to use this villa for pension, the hostess is the person in charge of the financial system. Add young generation, the whole family likes contracted design, integrated the element of each respect, owner still chooses to do style of new Chinese style design finally, but slant as far as possible contracted, and consider to control cost.
